rename pictures

my picture collection growing fast
and i need a way to rename all the pictures.
it takes long time to name all of them.:sleep:

internet: big89,big90,big91...
my way: 027,028,029...

maybe theres software or something to help me:confused:

Get RenameFiles from http://it-falke.com/us_index.php. Totally free. Great little tool. You can number them with any amount of digits. Use the folder name as a base filename. Even preview before you change things to make sure. I've been using it for years.

You don't have to install anything either. Just double click and you're off.

I use AC/DC. You can rename in a block or picture pby picture.
If you take a block you can give new names or holding the old one with a new part, numbers for example.
This programm made a good job for me.
