TWO DIFFERENT WORLDS TRAILER

This trailer shows a few bits and pieces from Loco Motion’s ‘Two Different Worlds.’ It is our first fully produced film, and we are currently advertising it in as many ways as possible!

In this movie, you can see the TV news reporter, Jules Carriageway, commenting on the gang wars between ‘Eastgate’ and ‘Westgate.’ Soon enough, it is clear why such a story has found its place on the Basildon news…

ABOUT TWO DIFFERENT WORLDS

Two Different Worlds is a UK film project supported by the Lottery through the UK Film Council’s First Light initiative, which gave £4,000 for the production of the film. Funding also came from Essex County Council, and Basildon Council.

IN THE STORY, the two opposing parts of Basildon town (Eastgate and Westgate) have a history of disagreement and fighting. The Local Council's Annual Golden Gate Award Fancy Dress Ceremony is approaching, and only one 'Gate' can win it...

The animation is being premiered at the UCI cinema at the Basildon Festival Leisure Park in summer 2006, and is also being screened at various other locations in the area. A version suitable for screening at primary schools is currently being edited. There will be a limited amount of DVDs of the film, and later this year it will be available for worldwide viewing on the Internet!
